Metallica

Wow. They're really good. I'm currently high on their performances with the San Fransisco Symphony Orchestra. Really very good.

Next project: Christian metal band with some orchestra? Joel, chun beb?

Do you know that the fans in a concert do what we do during Praise and Worship? They jump, they dance, the scream, they clap, and they too sing along with the lead singer. The only thing that set us apart from these normal rock concerts is Christ Jesus. What do I mean? See, we get high during Praise and Worship, they too get high during concerts. But are we getting high in the "right" way? Get what I mean? Praise and Worship is NOT A CONCERT. I repeat, NOT A CONCERT. It's not a time where you go up to the front and start jumping for no reason. It's not the time where we put our hands up in the air and sing along(sp?) to the music. Praise and Worship is the time of praising and worshiping the Lord. We do it everyday. From simple chores, to doing something big like donating and sharing your stuff with other people with a sincere heart and not expecting anything back in return. And at the end of the day, you GLORIFY His name. Not YOURS. Praise and Worship, it's not limited to just music. That's where youths these days get caught up with. Praise and Worship has always been about Planetshakers and Hillsong United (maybe Paradise now?). If the songs aren't good enough or not suitable, the youths just don't worship or praise the Lord. That's where youths get the wrong idea of Praise and Worship. Remember, praising the Lord with music is fun, but we all need to be constantly reminded that the music is for GOD. Only for HIM. Not for you to put up your hand and sing along(sp?). So, the next time you attend a Praise and Worship session, don't let music limit your praise to God. Keep it flowing out to God.
