When I run, I've back aches, when I jump I've back aches, when I carry weights I've back aches.... So I swim... My sifu, God's very own creation - Whales... Wooot! I feel light when I'm swimming... I do 20 laps each for 50m (or is it 100m?) lanes and 40 laps for 25 yards lane. Yeap, everyday =).
Other means of exercising: Carrying weights (my body weight xD), walking to classes and air drumming 0.0
I seriously need a drum set...
