IACT

Phew.... Feeling so tired now. Came back around 8PM from a workshop on Mass Communication in IACT (forgot the full name), Uptown Damansara. Woke up at around 5:45AM and left house around 6:30AM. Shirlyn followed me down to the college. Shu Pei joined us in Taman Bahagia station near SS2, PJ. My dad decided to send three of us to the college. We arrived an hour before the registration time. So, Shu Pei went to have her breakfast. The college's gallery is so nice. The art works are awesome. Not as nice as The One Academy's gallery though (thumbs up, Poh Leong). The people in the college are very friendly. I met Shing Yee =). The participants are kinda friendly. I met a few awesome peopleand met a few nutcases. Can't believe how addicted those asses are to cigarettes. Sheesh.

The classes were okay. Was kinda upset with the Video Editing class. They didn't explain much about anything about Video Editing. The lecturer just explained about the razor tool on Adobe Premier and that's it. Then she asked us to edit some videos. Sheesh.

I think the most interesting class/talk was the Film Directing talk by Felix Tan. He's a local director. He directed a Chinese movie and was screened last year in GSC cinemas. I think the name of the movie is Hidden Summer in One's Heart or something like that. Received a few pointers from him and got his contact details. Muahaha!

Gah! Supposed to post this up last night. Thanks to Vista, my new laptop couldn't work properly. Sheesh.

So yeah, gonna update about today. Woke up relatively late today. Shirlyn couldn't attend for today's workshop because she was dead sick. Argh! What a waste. Today's sessions were awesome! I enjoyed a lot. Learned a few things about Mass Communication and Public Relations. We also had Fine Dining Etiquettes session too. It was fun. Can't wait for tomorrow. Thank God for helpful people in this world. Gotta go sleep.
