E-Retreat

Came back yesterday from another awesome retreat. This time it's with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. We had an ElephantEvangelistic Retreat from Sunday afternoon till this afternoon (Monday xD). It was at some state park thingy near (or on 0.0) Mauna Kea. Lets see whether I can name everyone who went on this retreat: John the Baptist Collegiate Ministry Endriss, Jennie Endriss, Anavah Endriss, Clara Endriss (sps?), John Bjornen, Amanda Richardson, Jessica Beck, Nate Hara, Jessica Tucker (Mum), Merrell Tucker, Erinn Walsh, Timothy Paul Chatham, Trebor Waihee, Cassidy Habig, Ali Herd, Kensy Apaka (Apakalypse), Karl Sunagawa (hifi stereo surround sound), Jason Lee Allen, Nicholas Alexander Knock (Nickles), Joel Cook, Davey Strohl, Jacob Cornella, Aja Cornella, David Mark Hashimoto (#-moto), Hannah Tomita and yours truly, Jonathan Chandrasakaran... I think I got everybody...

I enjoyed and at the same time got to know some of the participants better and learned a bit on this trip. It wasn't much about learning though, it was more like a reminder. I mean, I bet that everyone of us who were there for the retreat already knew what evangelizing is, and how to evangelize... But it's just like an eye opener, a reminder and somehow a motivation to to evangelize. John the BCM and a pastor from Kona side (Ps. Emerson?) shared in this retreat. John the BCM shared in a unique way and Ps. Emerson(?) sharing his unique ways on evangelizing.

When Ps. Emerson(?) was sharing about some of his unique ways (like putting up weird signs to attract people or allowing solicit calls to be made to his number so that he can share with random people) in evangelizing, that reminded me about the first reason why I even made a blog. It's kinda a cliche for Christians but, I created a blog so that I can share the joy and happiness that God has given me in my daily life, and also spreading the Gospel. But I've kinda went astray a little bit with all the strike out words... I don't know... I do it for fun though... Might need to stop it 0.0 xD

We went up to the summit of Mauna Kea when we reached the campsite. First time up there. Super windy. The wind was so strong till it could actually deviate you when you jumped up. And the wind also blew some small ice particles and hit our faces... Hurts a lot 0.0 Good times... Good times...

What would life be without the BCM? What would life be without God? I love this ElephantEvangelistic Retreat... Can't wait for the next one... But please, a place with working faucets and shower??

Some pictures by Mum (sorry about the order, Blogger is serious getting on my nerve):
Karl and Merrell after a chocolate-powder-eating showdown.
The participants of chocolate-powder-eating showdown: (from left)#-moto, Karl, Paul and Merrell.

Merrell.
Some random robot dance moves (from left): Paul, Karl, Merrell, #-moto and me.
We were discussing about squatting toilet bowls... So funny to see how these Americans explain to each other how to poop while squatting! *loves at Americans* xD
This is what happen when you don't wash your butt after pooping... You use toilet paper... Mum explaining that crumpled paper can wipe away more poop then folded toilet paper...
Shuttlecock? xD
I've no idea what happened... But Mum looks annoyed by #-moto... And Karl's happy about it..
*cries*
Indian Leg Wrestling; Paul VS Joel.
Pushing game?
Yes Paul, touchpush him xD
No, nothing to do with pooping, just the pushing game..
I love you, Paul..
Couple showdown!
Trebor and me. Failed competition.
Hannah beat #-moto...
Karl beat #-moto...
When they told me they wanted to carry me with just their index finger, I thought they were joking and it's just a trick... In this picture, Hannah, Karl, Paul and Joel tried lifting me up, looks difficult (of course, I'm fat 0.0)
Before trying to lift me up the second time, they kinda like aligned their hands above my head... After aligning and stuff, they tried to carry me again... And guess what?
It actually works! Nobody knows the explanation on how this works...
Look how easily we lifted Paul...

Sorry about the order... More pictures to come.

Thank God for awesome people!
